With a whopping 75% of students opting for tech or computer science GCSEs, Bournemouth School for Girls is a STEM powerhouse in the South West. Led by Toby Osborne, a four-season FTC veteran, they’re not just about building robots; they’re building futures. They’re here to help both new and seasoned teams sharpen their strategy and skills throughout each FTC season. They’re also committed to engaging local primary schools and supporting staff CPD

Ambition

Our ambition for the hub encompasses several key objectives: growing the number of regional teams, becoming a centre of excellence for training staff in managing FIRST UK clubs, assisting in the creation of accessible resources, and hosting an annual student tech and computing conference for the region.
