Join hundreds of teams nationwide taking on FIRST Tech Challenge this season.

Completing the form

Only adults responsible for the team should complete this form. It’ll take about 5 minutes, including your bursary application if eligible. For any queries or problems, contact us at teams@firstuk.org.

Welcome to the challenge!

Invoicing

You will need to provide your contact details and address to receive an invoice for the £299+VAT commitment fee, £99+VAT for each additional team and a kit fee, if applicable. You can include a purchase order in the form but it is not compulsory to apply. Invoices will be sent up to 10 days after your application and payment is due within 30 days of the date of issue.

Bursary application

When applying for a provision bursary, your organisation’s pupil premium levels and social deprivation indexing will be automatically assessed and we invite you to submit a few words (less than 500) to support your application. Bursaries are limited and will be offered on a first-come, first-served basis, providing that the team satisfies our funding criteria. Only new teams from non-fee-paying schools and youth organisations can apply for a bursary.

Please note: The bursary scheme for this season closes on Friday 21 October 2022. All bursary applications after this date will be deferred to the 2022-23 academic year.
